The University Service Award honors a senior whose influence, ideals and activities have been devoted unselfishly to serve the best interests of his/her Alma Mater and fellow students.

The Lehigh University Allegiance Award is presented to seniors to recognize their dedication and continuous improvement focused within a specific organization.

Awarded to a graduating senior who, through his or her involvement and campus leadership, the John W. Smeaton Pillar of Integrity award recognizes a student for their unwavering contribution to the campus community.

Lehigh University's Deborah Pearsall Prize is awarded annually to the female undergraduate student who best exemplifies engaged leadership, an inexhaustible optimistic attitude about challenges and opportunities, and a "can do" spirit.

This award is given solely on merits of leadership in all aspects of student life whether it is student government, student organizations or athletics.

Qualifications also include strong self-awareness, integrity, competitiveness, toughness, and a positive team-first mentality, which all contribute to high performance academically, athletically, socially and emotionally.

The Libraries Student Research Prize recognizes undergraduate student research papers or projects that show excellence in library research, mastery of subject, and strong written communication skills. A review group of faculty and librarians selects prize-winners in a rigorous, multi-phase evaluation. In addition to recognition at Lehigh, the Prize includes a monetary award of up to $1,000. Given to students in their fifth year of work at Lehigh University on the basis of leadership, citizenship and scholarship.

This prize is given to the mechanical engineering student who has made the greatest scholastic improvement during the first two years of the college course.

The Harold J. Horn Prize is awarded to the highest-ranking junior in electrical engineering.

Given to a graduating senior in military science whose academic performance and AFROTC achievement indicate the greatest potential for sustained professional excellence in a military career.

Given to the highest ranking sophomore (Freshman who declared IE as their major).

To the freshman who has completed one year of studies in the College of Arts and Sciences and is recommended by the college faculty as most outstanding in high scholastic achievement and in promise of leadership.
